Registrar

The Registrar’s Office is responsible for managing and safeguarding student records.
Students in Mesa classroom

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for maintaining and safeguarding all student records. This includes, but is not limited to, course enrollment activity, grades and forms associated with the student’s time at Benedictine University.

Additionally, our office is responsible for the Transfer Credit Evaluator website. This site contains all pertinent information regarding transferring into Benedictine University and is a hub of information for transfer and prospective transfer students. The site includes vital information on transfer policies for Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), Transfer Evaluation System (TES) and Transferology.

Current students and staff, to access your transcripts, forms and catalogs, please visit your myBenU.

Registration Guidelines

When it comes time for students to Register, students will meet with their advisor prior to registration to determine their goals for their careers at BenU. Newly admitted students will have a more collaborative first-time registration with their advisor.

Once those goals are established, courses are selected and then it is the student’s responsibility to register themselves via their myBenU portal.
After a new student’s initial registration, they can make future registration adjustments via myBenU as they see fit.
